The Coward Suite

The Coward Suite of rooms provides the perfect meeting room and business event venue. The Coward Room is purpose equipped and ideal for training events, meetings and AGMs, as well as client seminars, small trade fairs, human resources and sales events to impress your customers or clients. The adjoining Yardley Room with its airy big windows is a light and spacious break out-space ideal for your catering, registration and entertaining.

We can offer a flexible combination of standard and tailored layouts for your event:

  • Theatre style up to 60 delegates (up to 50 with tiered seating)
  • Class room up to 24 delegates
  • Informal cabaret set up to 30 delegates 
  • Board Room or U-shaped set up from 2 to 30 delegates
  • Trade Fair up to 12 stations
  • Basic business reception up to 100 people

Staff 'away days' work very well at Hampton Hill Theatre as we have the combination of a large theatre space and additional break out rooms for group work.
